Q: When are checks cut and sent out?
A: We process the checks on the 1st and the 16th. We hold the checks 14 days so we can watch high charge back accounts for possible fraud. We have had a growth of webmaster credit card fraud so this delay will help us make sure we do not pay webmasters for monies that are not owed to them.

Q: Can I use one account for multiple websites and banners/links?
A: Yes, you can use one account for as many websites as you wish. Also, if you want multiple accounts you may have them. However, you can NOT refer yourself, a coworker or another in your company!

Q: What is your average conversion ratio?
A: That is a difficult question to answer since we receive a wide range of traffic types. We have people converting under 1:20 and we have people that convert over 1:2000. It all depends on what kind of traffic you have and how you send us your traffic. Our webmasters average is 1:180 over all our sites combined.

Q: What is your average member retention?
A: Average is from 2.5 months to 3.5 months depending on the pay site. We update our pay-sites AT LEAST once a week, we try to get 2-3 updates in a week; this allows us to retain our members longer.

Q: What is the best and worst kind of traffic?
A: The best is AVS and Search Engine traffic, the worst kind of traffic is hidden exit traffic and extreme blind-link traffic.

Q: How are click-throughs tracked?
A: On any of our money programs for a unique/raw to be counted the first 'main' page has to be loaded almost completely. There is a 1X1 pixel image at the bottom of every CEP, if it doesn't load you don't get credit for the click through. YOU WILL get credit for a join if it doesn't load - so don't worry about that!

Q: I live overseas, could I get a wire?
A: We can do wires for your account if you've accumulated at the least $1,000USD in a pay period.

Q: I was converting you guys very good, but now it has dropped off... is there a problem?
A: Chances are, no, but it is always good to ask us to make sure. A suggestion though, is for you to change banners and Custom Entry Pages™ a few times and see if the ratio improves. If your ratio still sucks, drop us an e-mail and we'll see if we can help.

Q: I can send tons of joins, will you pay me more per joins?
A: No, to us all webmasters are equal. Each webmaster is trying their hardest to make as much money as they can, and if I paid you more, I would have to pay them all more. We pride ourselves on how well we convert. If you wish to sign-up for someone else and make more per join, that is fine, but you would still make more with us!
